It's not training. Not mentoring. Not therapy. Your coach won't tell you what to do or hand you a list of things to fix.
Instead, they'll ask the right questions to help you think more clearly, make better decisions, and move forward on what matters to you.
Sessions focus on real situations. What you're dealing with right now, what's getting in the way, and what you want to do about it.
Everything you discuss with your coach is confidential.
