You can easily review the profile of your assigned coach directly from your dashboard. The image and name of your coach will be displayed, and you can click to view their full description and background. This will help you get to know your coach better before your first session.


  1. What happens once I’m matched with my coach?

Once matched, you’ll receive an email prompting you to schedule your first coaching session through the Mindbeat platform.

If you're part of group coaching, you’ll also need to select the dates for your group sessions.


  1. What can I expect from my coach?

All your coaching sessions will take place on the Mindbeat platform.

To ensure everything runs smoothly:

  • Log in a few minutes early to check your camera and microphone settings.
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable for a high-quality video call.
  • Google Chrome is the recommended browser for the best experience.

  1. How do I make the most of my coaching sessions?
  • Be punctual: Respect the time scheduled for your coaching. It helps build a strong habit of commitment.
  • Take notes: Use the ‘Notes’ section during your video call to jot down key takeaways and actions.
  • Follow through: End each session with clear actions or experiments to work on before the next meeting. This will help maintain momentum between sessions.

  1. What do I need to do to get the most out of coaching?

  1. How much do I need to invest in coaching to make it work?

Coaching is all about the effort you put in. The more you commit to your coaching and actions between sessions, the more you’ll get out of it.


  1. Will I be asked to give feedback about my coach?

Yes! Feedback helps us improve the coaching experience and support the growth of our coaches. We’ll periodically ask for your feedback to ensure that we’re providing the best possible coaching experience.


  1. What if I'm not happy with my coach after the first session?

If you're not satisfied with your coach after the first session, you have the option to provide feedback on the feedback form. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at support@mindbeat.app and request a different coach. To help us better understand your needs and ensure a better match, please provide an overview of why you’re requesting a change. This will allow us to address any issues and find a coach who better suits your preferences and coaching goals.


  1. How Do I Contact My Coach Between Sessions?

You can get in touch with your coach between sessions via email, or phone - whichever method you prefer.Your coach will reach out to you before your first session, and you’ll have the opportunity to agree on the best way to stay in touch. You can also find your coach’s contact information in the “Your Coach” section on your coaching programme page. To access it, just click “Coaching” from the side menu on the Mindbeat platform.


  1. What if I need to reschedule a session?

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: The company will still incur the session cost, meaning you could lose the session.
  • Last-minute emergencies: Contact us at support@mindbeat.app.

Note: Group coaching sessions cannot be rescheduled due to the need for agreement from all participants.
