Attending a Three-Way Session (for Line Managers)

Important Information:

  • Platform Access: Line Managers do not have direct access to the Mindbeat platform. Before finalizing a three-way session booking, members must check with their Line Manager to confirm availability.
  • Booking Confirmation: Once a three-way session is booked:
    • Both the Line Manager and the member will receive a confirmation email from support@mindbeat.com.
    • They will also receive a Google Calendar invite as a placeholder, which includes a link to join the session.
  • Session Access: All three-way sessions take place via the Mindbeat platform, accessible through the link provided in the calendar invite.
  • Reminders: Reminder emails will be sent from support@mindbeat.app:
    • Two days before the scheduled session.
    • One hour before the session begins.

Preparing for an Effective Session


Before the three-way session, Line Managers are encouraged to reflect on the following questions:

  • Desired Outcomes: What would you like to see as an outcome of the coaching for your colleague?
  • Strengths: What is already brilliant about your colleague?
  • Growth Areas: What change are you hoping to see your colleague make?
  • Support Role: How might you be able to help and support them on their journey?

The Mindbeat coach will facilitate the session, ensuring a supportive, productive, and collaborative conversation.
