Your invitation email

You will receive an invitation email from support@mindbeat.app. Open it and click the link inside to activate your account.

If you do not see it in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder first. If it is not there either, email us at support@mindbeat.app and we will resend it straight away.

Setting up your account

From there you will be asked to set your password and accept the Terms and Conditions. If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you will log in through your company account instead.

Your onboarding

Once your account is set up, you will complete a short onboarding. It only takes a few minutes.

Your dashboard

After onboarding, you will land on your dashboard where you can see your assigned coach's profile straight away.

Before your first session

Once you are in, read your Getting Started Learning Track and set your goals before your first coaching session.

A note on language

The platform is in English. If you would prefer to read it in another language, right-click on any page and use Google Translate.
