Switching to Zoom

If you run into a technical issue during your session that cannot be resolved on the platform, you can switch to Zoom without losing the session.

Use the chat function to let your coach know, then click the Switch to Zoom button on the platform. You will be prompted to sign in with your Zoom account. If you do not have one, let your coach know straight away so they have time to find an alternative before making the switch.

Once your session has finished on Zoom, come back to the platform and refresh the page. A feedback prompt will appear so you can still rate the session as normal.
