What to expect

When your colleague joins Mindbeat, you become an active part of their coaching programme.

You will receive a notification confirming your involvement once they have registered on the platform. From that point, there are a few key moments where your input is needed, and a broader expectation that you will support them throughout.

Your involvement falls into three areas: providing feedback on your colleague's goals at the start and end of the programme, joining a three-way session with your colleague and their coach, and supporting your colleague between sessions throughout the journey.
