Re-Rating Your Coaching Goals
What is re-rating?
Your coaching journey is not a straight line. You grow, shift, and develop at different rates across different areas. Re-rating gives you the ability to update your self-assessment against each goal at any point during your programme, so your ratings reflect where you actually are right now, not just where you were when you started.
Where to find it
Re-rating lives in your Goals tab on the platform. Look for the Self Rate Today option against each of your active goals. You can update your rating whenever it feels right to do so.

How it displays
When you re-rate a goal, your new rating does not replace your original one. Your first rating stays visible, and your latest rating appears directly below it. This gives you a clear, side-by-side view of where you started and where you are now, without losing any of the history along the way.
Why it matters
Seeing your ratings sit alongside each other is one of the most tangible ways to track your growth during the programme. A starting rating of four that has moved to seven is visible proof that something has shifted. That kind of evidence builds confidence and keeps you motivated to keep going.
It also gives your coach a running picture of your progress between sessions. If a goal is moving well, they can help you build on that. If something feels stalled, they can explore what is getting in the way.
When should you re-rate?
There is no fixed schedule. Re-rate when something shifts for you. After a session where something clicked. After a week where you handled a situation differently. After feedback that made you stop and think. These are all signals worth recording.
