What is a Masterclass?
A Mindbeat Masterclass is a live, interactive learning session led by an experienced Leadership Coach. It brings a small group of participants together to explore key leadership concepts, share perspectives, and apply practical tools directly to their work. If it is part of your programme, it sits alongside your one-to-one coaching sessions as another space for development.
Each session combines expert input with group discussion and hands-on activities. You will work through core leadership frameworks, hear from others facing similar challenges, and leave with ideas you can use straight away.
What to expect
Sessions are designed to be participative. You will be encouraged to share your thoughts, ask questions, and engage with the group. The facilitator brings both expertise and real-world relevance to the conversation, so expect it to feel practical rather than theoretical.
Before each session, there is around 20 minutes of light preparation, usually a short reading or reflection exercise. It is worth doing. It means you arrive ready to engage rather than spending the first part of the session getting up to speed.
Why it matters
Being in a room, even a virtual one, with peers working through similar challenges has its own value. You gain perspective you cannot get from a one-to-one session. You hear how others are approaching the same problems. And you build a broader sense of what good leadership looks like in practice, not just in theory.
