Completing Your MyPulse Assessment

What is MyPulse?

MyPulse is a short behavioural self-assessment built into the platform. It looks at how you currently show up across three areas: Self, People, and Business. It is not a psychometric test. There are no right or wrong answers, and it does not measure personality or cognitive ability. It simply reflects your behaviours as they are right now.

The best time to complete it is before your first coaching session. It gives both you and your coach a clear starting point so your first conversation can go straight to what matters.


What does it involve?

The assessment only takes a few minutes. All questions are mandatory, so you will need to work through each one to unlock your personalised report at the end. Nothing can be skipped.


What happens after I complete it?

Once you finish, your MyPulse Diagnose Report appears on the platform straight away. You will also receive an email with a downloadable copy to keep for your own records.

Your report is shared with your coach only. Your line manager and no one else in your organisation can see it.


How does it connect to my goals?

If your programme includes goal setting, one or two suggested goals will appear on screen once you have reviewed your report. How many you see depends on your programme setup. Either way, they come directly from your assessment results and are there to help guide your thinking as you head into coaching. They do not appear in the report shared with your coach, so take note of them when they come up.
