- What is the Development Plan and why is it important?
The Development Plan is a personalised space where you can:
- Expand on the goals you've already rated
- Outline how you plan to measure your progress
- Stay focused and aligned throughout your coaching journey
It’s a practical tool to help you stay on track and reflect on your growth.
- When do I create my Development Plan?
You’ll be prompted to create your Development Plan after completing your goals. It’s one of the first steps in translating your intentions into actionable strategies.
- What does the Development Plan include?
Your plan includes:
- A dedicated page to reflect more deeply on your selected goals
- A place to define how you’ll track progress and measure success throughout the programme
- Can I update my Development Plan later?
Yes! The Development Plan is never locked, which means you can edit it anytime as your goals evolve or new insights emerge during your coaching sessions.
- Who can see my Development Plan?
By default, your plan is shared only with your coach.
However, you have the option enabled you can share it with your line manager. If you share it with your line manager and make changes later, they won’t be notified—only your coach will see updates.
