How you are matched with your coach

Your coach is not assigned at random. Your coach is assigned to you as part of your programme setup. The matching process is designed to make sure you are working with someone well placed to support your specific journey.

Finding your coach on the platform

Once you have completed registration, your assigned coach's profile is visible directly on your dashboard. You will be able to see their name, background, and experience from there. Take a moment to read through it before your first session. Understanding who your coach is and what they bring helps you show up to that first conversation with more confidence.

Viewing their full profile

To read more about your coach, click on their profile from the dashboard. This gives you a fuller picture of their background, areas of expertise, and coaching approach.

Getting in touch with your coach

If you have a question before your first session, need to discuss scheduling, or want to share something ahead of a session, you can contact your coach directly by email. Their email address is listed on their profile.

They are there to support you, so do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything between sessions.
