Booking Your Three-Way Session


What is a three-way session?

A three-way session brings you, your coach, and your line manager together in one conversation. It is designed to align on your goals, your progress, and what development looks like in the context of your role and organisation. These sessions typically happen at the beginning, middle, and end of your coaching programme, giving everyone a shared view of how your journey is progressing.


Before you book

Your line manager does not have direct access to the Mindbeat platform, so they cannot see your available slots. Before you confirm a booking, check their availability first. Booking a time they cannot make means the session will need to be moved.


How to book

Go to the Coaching tab and select Schedule a Session. Choose the Three-Way option and select a date and time that works for both you and your coach.


Once confirmed, both you and your line manager will receive a confirmation email from support@mindbeat.app along with a Google Calendar invite. The invite includes a direct link to join the session on the platform, as all sessions take place on Mindbeat.


Reminders

You will receive a reminder email two days before the session and again one hour before it starts.
