Testing Your Video Connection
It is worth testing your video connection before your first coaching session rather than discovering a problem once the session has already started. The test takes less than a minute.
Log in to the Mindbeat platform and scroll to the footer at the bottom of the page. You will see a Test Video link there. Click it and you will be taken to a page where you can check that your camera and microphone are working correctly. If everything runs smoothly on that page, you are all set for your session.
