My Video Is Not Working and My Session Has Started
Do not leave the session. Use the chat function underneath the video screen to let your coach know straight away that your video is not working. They will try to help you resolve it quickly from their side.
If the issue cannot be fixed, your coach will transfer the call to Zoom. You will need to log in to Zoom with your own details to join. If Zoom is not an option, your coach will share an alternative meeting link so the session can continue without interruption.
