My Video Isn't Working and My Coaching Session Has Started. What Do I Do?

  1. Use the Chat Function: If your video isn’t working, immediately use the chat function under the video screen to communicate the issue to your coach.
  2. Troubleshooting: Your coach will try to assist you with resolving the issue. If the video problem can't be fixed in time for the session, don't worry!
  3. Off-Platform Solution: If needed, your coach will provide an off-platform solution to ensure your coaching session can continue as planned.

This will allow you to still have a productive session, even if there are video issues.
