Attending Your Coaching Session


Before you join

Log in to Mindbeat a few minutes before your session starts. Go to the Coaching tab in the side menu or find your session directly from the dashboard. Click Attend Session to open your video portal.

Joining the call

A new window will open before you enter the session. Use this to check your camera and microphone, adjust your background if needed, and click Join when you are ready. Taking a moment here means the session can start without any technical delays.

During the session

All sessions take place on the Mindbeat platform. If you run into any video or sound issues during the call, click Help for troubleshooting tips. You can also use the in-session chat to communicate with your coach if needed. If a technical problem cannot be resolved on the platform, your coach can move the session to Zoom.


Notes

During and after your session, you and your coach have access to shared notes. Once the session ends, those notes are visible to both of you. You will receive an email notification around 15 minutes after the session letting you know your notes are ready to view.


Feedback

A feedback prompt will appear after each session. It takes a moment to complete and helps track the quality of your coaching experience over time. Please take the time to fill it in.
